This offer is only available for a single shipment to one valid Australian address.
Mandatory Packaging Standards
All bottles are packed using Environmentally Friendly Air-Pouch or Recyclable Pulp Inserts within sturdy outer cartons. Each carton is sealed with tamper-proof tape and marked with “FRAGILE – LIQUOR CONTENTS – ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED” decals. This dual labeling ensures the package is treated with care by all logistics personnel and clearly signals the legal requirement at the delivery point.
Handling of Delivery Exceptions
We understand that sometimes an adult cannot be present. If an initial delivery attempt fails, the courier will typically attempt a second delivery or hold the package at a secure parcel facility (e.g., Post Office or Depot) for a brief period. The customer is responsible for collecting the parcel or arranging the re-delivery within the carrier’s timeframe. If the item is returned to My Store due to non-collection or two failed attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, incurring the full freight cost.
Restricted Delivery Locations
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, or parcel lockers for any order containing alcohol due to the mandatory age verification requirement. A physical address with an adult present during delivery hours is essential. Furthermore, due to complex biosecurity and liquor licensing hurdles, we currently do not offer international shipping for our Australian beverage selection.
